This is the recommended procedure if you are having difficulty getting online ... even if only 1 device is offline, and others are online:
- Power your modem off, wait 10 seconds, then power it back on. Sometimes you must pull/insert the power plug at one end.
- Power your router off, wait 10 seconds, then power it back on. Sometimes you must pull/insert the power plug at one end.
- Reboot your device.
- Wait a few minutes.
To see if you are online, try bringing up a webpage.
